February 11, 2026 — Delegation & Voice Pipeline

  • /delegate command — Add tasks to delegation.md and run /delegate. Claude works through the queue autonomously — research, code, file organization, whatever you’d hand off to an assistant.
  • Auto-routing/setup-transcription now offers to schedule automatic routing. Claude runs /voice-router every hour to sort your notes into the right files. No manual step needed.
  • Format-agnostic voice processing — Voice notes from any source work now. Apple Shortcuts, Voice Memos, typed notes — /voice-router handles whatever format you throw at it.

February 1, 2026 — Messages & Mobile

  • Messages via Beeper — Send and receive iMessage, WhatsApp, Signal, and more through Claude. New /messages command.
  • Claude Anywhere — Run Claude Code from your phone or tablet. Requires Tailscale and a Mac that stays on.
  • Stay updated — New /update command pulls the latest commands from GitHub.

  • Google Drive integration — Browse, search, and download files from your Drives.

December 26, 2025 — Windows Support & Videos

  • Claude Sidebar for Windows (experimental) — The Obsidian sidebar plugin now works on Windows. Requires Python and pywinpty.
  • Windows Claude Code install fix — Switched to npm install method which is more reliable than the native installer.
  • First batch of video walkthroughs — Added video embeds to course modules.
  • Streamlined setup — Sidebar is now the primary flow; terminal navigation de-emphasized.

December 23, 2025 — Subagents & Voice Overhaul

  • Subagents module — Spin up parallel workers. New /feedback command for multi-perspective editing.
  • Voice capture overhauled — iCloud-first approach (faster). Action Button and Lock Screen setup with screenshots.
